Last updated

June 2026

Customer Purchase History & Insights shipped — every customer now carries lifetime value, profit and margin, a 12-month purchase trend, and a full order history, joined by a new Customer Sales report and a dashboard widget. The new Dead Inventory report surfaces the cash trapped in products that aren't selling, with a suggested markdown to clear it. And state-aware cottage food disclosure labels went live for all 50 states plus DC — a compliant, print-ready label in one click.

  • Customer Purchase History & Insights (Highlight)

Every customer now shows lifetime value, average order value, profit and margin, a 12-month purchase trend, and a complete order history — plus a new Customer Sales report and an at-a-glance dashboard widget.

    See the features page
  • Dead Inventory report (Highlight)

See which products haven't sold past a threshold you set, the capital tied up in each (using the same weighted-average cost as your valuation report), and a cost-floored discount to recover that cash — on every plan.

    See the features page
  • Cottage food disclosure labels for every state (Highlight)

Generate a compliant cottage food label for any of the 50 states or DC — your state's required disclosure wording at the right minimum font size, your business name and address, ingredients by weight, allergens, and net weight, all in one click.

    See the features page
  • Lead-time-aware reordering (Highlight)

Record each vendor's lead time and minimum order, plus per-item order quantities, and the Low Stock widget becomes a reorder tool — it tells you to reorder before you run out, suggests a quantity rounded to your minimums, and groups orders by vendor against their minimum. On every plan.

New changes in June 2026

New12 items
  • Customer groups & segmentation

    New

Organize customers into groups — Wholesale, Retail, Local, or anything you name — and make them do work: attach a default pricing tier to a group and it is applied automatically when you record a sale for any member (with a discount too), so you never hand-pick a tier on a wholesale order again. Filter the customer list and the Customer Sales report by group, see per-group revenue, and build criteria-based smart segments (including VIP) computed from each customer's revenue, orders, and recency. No limit on the number of groups, on every plan.

    See the features page
  • Customer referral source tracking

    New

Record how each customer found you — craft fair, Instagram, word-of-mouth, a marketplace — from a managed list you control, then pull a Customers & Revenue by Source report (and a dashboard widget) showing customer count, new customers, revenue, and average order value for each channel, so you can see which marketing actually pays off. The customer list gains a Source column and filter. On every plan.

    See the features page
  • Vendor lead times, minimums & lead-time-aware reordering

    New

Set a default lead time and minimum order on each vendor, and an MOQ, order increment, and optional lead-time override on each item. The Low Stock widget now estimates how many days of stock you have left, flags "reorder now" before you hit the floor when the vendor's lead time demands it, suggests an order quantity rounded up to your minimums, and groups items by vendor so you can clear their minimum order in one purchase. Each vendor also shows its actual average lead time from your own completed purchases.

    See the features page
  • Cottage food disclosure labels for all 50 states + DC

    New

Generate a print-ready cottage food label that fills in your state's required disclosure wording at its minimum font size, plus your business name and address, ingredients listed by weight, allergens, net weight, and lot code — on every plan.

    See the features page
  • Dead Inventory report

    New

A new inventory report ranks products that haven't sold by the capital tied up in them, shows days-idle and never-sold items, and suggests a clearance discount that never drops below your cost — with a configurable slow-moving threshold and an optional Dead Stock dashboard widget.

    See details
  • Customer insights on every customer

    New

Each customer's page, list row, and detail sheet now shows lifetime value, average order value, order count, and a complete purchase history — and both customer and vendor insights can be scoped to just your current location or across all locations at once whenever you have more than one.

    See the features page
  • Per-customer profit and margin

    New

See which customers are actually profitable — lifetime profit and margin computed from your recorded item costs, with a cost-coverage indicator so you know how complete the picture is.

    See the features page
  • Purchase trends and seasonality

    New

    A 12-month purchase-trend chart on each customer's page, with a seasonality label, a direct-vs-marketplace channel mix, and a per-pricing-tier breakdown.

  • Customer Sales report

    New

A new date-ranged, sortable Customer Sales report in the Financial reports group — export it to CSV or PDF, or print it.

  • Customer Insights dashboard widget

    New

An optional dashboard widget showing your repeat-customer rate, new-versus-returning split, and lapsed customers for the period you choose.

  • Vendor price history and total spend

    New

Every vendor and every purchased item now shows what you've paid over time — the latest unit price, the change since your last purchase, year-over-year movement, and a flag when a cost jumps — alongside your total spend with each vendor, all charted automatically from your existing purchases.

    See the features page
  • Merge duplicate customers

    New

A new Find duplicates action spots customers with the same email or repeat marketplace buyers, then a side-by-side dialog merges their full order history into a single record.

Improved changes in June 2026

Improved2 items
  • Source column in customer CSV import & export

    Improved

Customer CSV export and the blank import template now include a Source column, and importing a customer list matches each Source to your existing referral sources by name (case-insensitive) — so you can bring acquisition origins in from a spreadsheet. Unrecognized names are reported as errors rather than silently creating new sources, keeping your registry clean.

    See details
  • Ordering terms in vendor & item CSV import & export

    Improved

Vendor lead times and minimum orders, plus each item's minimum order quantity, order increment, and lead-time override, now round-trip through CSV import and export — so you can set up or update your reordering terms in bulk from a spreadsheet.

How this changelog works

A short, honest read so you know what to expect.

What counts as a changelog entry?

Anything a customer or visitor can see or use: a new feature, a new public page, a new free resource, a meaningful UX or performance improvement, or a user-visible bug fix. We deliberately leave out infrastructure work, CI pipelines, refactors, and marketing-automation tooling — that work is real, but it does not change what you experience in the product.

How often is this updated?

We post a new release entry at the end of each month, and we may add late-breaking items within the current month's section as soon as they ship. The "Last updated" stamp at the top of the page reflects the most recent edit, and the sitemap entry moves with it.

Why are some months bigger than others?

Some months ship marquee features (the Etsy connector launch, the trust-page set) and some months focus on quality-of-life improvements. We do not pad smaller months with internal work just to make them look busier — an honest entry list is more useful than a long one.

How does this relate to the roadmap?

The roadmap shows what is coming next; the changelog shows what has already shipped. When an item flips from "Coming soon" to live on the features page, it also lands here for the month it shipped — that is the handoff between the two surfaces.

How do I see what changed in a specific area of the product?

Most entries link to the matching feature, page, or resource so you can jump straight to the surface that changed. If you want a full inventory of what the product does today, the features page is the canonical catalog.

Want something next?

Tell us what to ship next

Customer feedback is the biggest driver of what moves from considering to planned to coming soon — and from there onto this page.
